Mrs. Caruso! I have no idea what this image is! I didn't know how to do the other ones so I made my own up! SORRY!

After Questions

1. I tried to do all of these images and as you can see none of them really worked out! They were all pretty difficult to do because I didn't remember how to use some of the tools in photoshop. I also forgot how to cut things out which was lame! But after awhile I remembered how to do some things! I think going over photoshop with photo 1 helped me remember a little bit more. But if I had to choose which one was the hardest to do, it would be the texture portraits because I had no idea what to put in the background to make it look like the example given to us.

2. The easiest picture to alter was the flower one! I had trouble doing it for a while then I kind of gave up and changed the background to flowers! These images were a little hard to get used to doing! But yes, the flower one was probably the easiest because I know I did it wrong!

3. Altered portrait to a viewer is looking at an image and seeing how it was changed. Altered portrait to a photographer is so much more! You have so much to change and do but yet sometimes it doesn't even look like you actually changed the image!

4. It's important to learn how to alter your images because sometimes your original image isn't so hot and if you don't like something on it you can always change it to where you do like it! You can also change the image and make it however you want! To whatever makes you happy!

5. I don't think all images should be altered because some original images are actually really good! Then if they start messing with an image that's really good it might just be all messed up and look like a mess. If they really want to do something with their image, they should probably just change the color.

6. By altering an image it makes it more you! You get to add anything you want! You can make it more personal! You can even turn it into a piece of art!

After Questions:

1. I chose to shoot creepy pictures for my first project. I thought it would be the perfect idea to do since it's really close to Halloween. I was able to buy props to make the image more creepy looking. I also chose to do creepy pictures because it's my strongest spot in photography and everyone loves my creepy images!

2. To get these images I used my little sister of course. She's so little so she can fit wherever I put her. I usually take pictures of her in front of one of my favorite walls at home. I also love to take pictures of her in the bathtub because it's everyones favorite spot! I had to dress her up a lot to get the creepy look out of it! I even used my mom for pictures this time!

3. I had to do lots of editing to these images! For most of them I had to change them to black and white! Then I would put a crazy background and have to cut out my original image. Then I had to do shadows on my images so that they would get an even creepier affect!

4. I learned that this style of photography takes FOREVER! I've been editing these images for awhile now and my project is late! I also learned that it's really fun to shoot! I love it! It's really fun to get out of my comfort zone and do these crazy images.

5. The hardest thing about these images was the editing! Everything that I would do in the background made my images look very pixilated! No matter what images I chose for the background it always looked bad! I tried my best but it just didn't work out well!

6. Overall my images came out pretty decent! I don't like to get hotheaded. My BEST image was the one of my little sister in the bathtub because EVERYONE loved it! I know they probably could have all been better but it was my first independent project since last year.

7. For my next project I might do more bathtub pictures! Everyone loves my bathtub a lot so Ill have to step it up! I might even do pumpkin heads! I'm not very good at pumpkin heads so we'll see how that goes!

After Questions:

1. I chose to do this project on my brothers football games. These were pictures from towards the beginning of the year when it was still warm outside. I chose to do this project because my brothers team had no photographer and they wanted pictures so I took some for them. They needed pictures for their banquets and I wanted to take it for them!

2. To get these images, I got one of the newer cameras with the lens that zooms in very well. I stood on the sidelines next to the team and took the images. I took a bunch of pictures at a time and went back to look at them later that day. This was the first time I ever took football pictures.

3. For these images I just did some very minor and basic edits. I used the cropping tool for most of them so that the football boys could look closer. I also messed with the lighting and the shadows. There wasn't very much I could do with these images.

4. Since I've never shot football images before, I learned that its actually harder than it looks. You have to slow down the shutter a bit so that the images don't come out blurry when the boys are running. You also want to take a crap ton of images because theres just so much going on you have no idea how your images will come out.

5. The hardest thing about these images was the fact that they're constantly moving! It's hard trying to get a clear picture when the boys are running from side to side! It's also hard trying to watch the game and shoot at the same time!

6. Overall I feel as though these images were pretty ok! They could have been better but for my first time shooting football, they came out pretty decent!

7. For my next independent project, I might shoot images of my friend for her 18th birthday party. She needs pictures for her invitations so Ill get her those and I'll get a project out of it!

After Questions:

1. I chose to do my project on some portraits I took of my friends. I decided to do something simple since photoshop isn't working and I'm not quite able to do some crazy editing. I also thought this would be different since I usually don't take pictures of my friends! I usually just take pictures of my sister.

2. To get the image I took my friends to different areas in order to get some good looking pictures.
